I mentioned in a previous blog that I love to hold Kyle and Jordan's hands. And growing up, I liked to hold my brother and sister's hands. It is this weird comfort thing. Well, after thinking about it some more, most people have their little wierd comfort habits.

Kyle grabs a chunk of his "bangs" and rubs his ring finger back and forth at the tips of the hair. He also twists his hair up.

Jordan grabs the egde of his blanket a certain way between his fingers, and then twists the blanket so it is tight around his fingers.

Tanner sucks his two fingers, usually holding a blanket. He use to suck his fingers while holding a string up to his face, but we got rid of the strings. Now he holds his blanket. We have to kick this habit because he will have buck teeth if he continues.

I couldn't think of Mike's habit. I had to ask him and he had to think about it also. He said he chews the skin off his lips. Ooh, I wouldn't like that. But now that he has mentioned it, I notice that he does chew his lips.

My sisters and brother had their little comfort habits also. It is so funny to think about!

Those will be fun things for you to tell the boys about someday! So precious!

I need to find some alternative comfort mechanisms. Biting my nails and eating are not very good ones. Any ideas?

I think Jordan's and Tanner's comfort habits are a combination of mine. I love to run things between my fingers and toes! Crazy, huh?
