I don't mean to be annoying, but I can't get over how beautiful this place is! Natalie, as we drove up to these water falls, I kept thinking of Cold Mountain and Inman's journey through similar terrain. Just beautiful! But I will be honest. We don't have it all here - the traffic is terrible! So sorry Mindy, there will always be something not perfect about where you live. But I am sure you knew that. Can't wait to find out where you end up!

wow, i didn't know that places in the south could get fall colors like that. Gorgeous! why on earth would we be jealous? it was only 90 and humid here today. Waaahh! :)
funny that you should mention the terrian reminded you of Cold Mountain, because as your first photo pulled up, that is EXACTLY what went though my mind! So beautiful!
THIS I didn't need to know. We haven't even been looking in G*. Be sure to let Mike know we're game if he can find anything. With colors like that, who could say no? We're busy making interview arrangements right now. We'd love to squeeze it in....

And I think it is fair to point out that this breathtaking beauty is about a week past peak. Last week it would have been even better! (If that even seems possible)
