At the party, as I sat in my chair, I looked at Mike in the buffet line getting seconds. He looked so handsome! I started thinking about Mike and I and what we have been through together. Life is full of challenges, but looking back on our marriage Mike and I don't give up on working together. We keep going and we keep trying. We work hard and play hard. I think the best thing about our marriage is that we can laugh together. Here are some of my favorite pictures of Mike and I (at least since we have had a digital camera), but my very favorite picture of Mike and I is at our reception (I wish I could post it but we don't have a scanner right now). We are looking at each other and laughing, a picture that caught so much emotion and character of our relationship. We love to laugh together! It keeps us from taking ourselves too seriously. It feels so good to laugh with Mike. So anyway, here are my favorite pictures of Mike and I. I like our pictures together because whenever we have our picture taken it is always for some special event and we look our best! Sadly, we didn't get a picture of us before the Christmas party - too much of a rush to get out the door, but here are some pictures taken before other special events.

Such cute pictures! What a lovely couple you make. I love to see my friends and their husbands in pictures. I guess I'm a hopeless romantic! Anyway, humor is important in my relationships too. I love to laugh with my friends and family.
