Kyle and Jordan experienced their first New Year's Eve count down. We were at a big old get together and there was no way they would fall asleep or consent to leave the party. So we made it to 12:00. They counted down with us and looked around as everyone kissed and exclaimed, "Happy New Year!" Mike was working (an eventful night in the ER) so I kissed my boys and kept telling them, "It's 2007 now!" After a little while, Jordan leaned over and whispered in my ear, "Why is 2007 so great?"

I can NOT believe you made it till Midnight. Jake and I were out around 10:30 but awoke with LOUD fireworks! So therefore, I did not get a midnight kiss. :( I am proud of you for making it till Midnight!
That is so cute! That needs to be kept on a 'kids say the darndest things' list.
