DAD, I love how you would:
- play catch with me in the street and help me practise my softball pitching
- play "run by tickle tie" with us
- play "Monster" and almost make us pee our pants. That game was so intense!
- tell us stories of your camping days in the Utah mountains
- read to me and play "look-a-look-a-look-a-look"
- let me snuggle up to you real close on the bed as we read books. I am sure that was hot and uncomfortbale!
- teach me how to solve problems and concerns I had, especially in middle school and high school
- give a Father's blessing before each school year
DAD, I love how you:
- canceled or didn't go to an important work meeting so you could go to one of my senior events
- asked Mike a bunch of questions about himself the first time you met him
- found our apartment for us in GA, and even offered to buy a home and then let us rent it from you
- go to bed early and rise early
- ask for the same gifts for each birthday, Christmas, or Father's Day
- are consistent in writing in your journal
- are consistent in setting goals for yourself and evaluating how you are doing with those goals
- let me read some of your journals
- are so positive in your journals
- love mom
- made it to all my sporting events
- set up our family vacations and scheduled such fun events
- took us kids up to the mountains before school started. It was such a great time to get away from everything and feel peaceful before the madness began with school and our sporting events
- lead our family
Dad, thank you for all those countless moments where you put my needs and wants in front of yours. I know I am a daughter that is loved by her father. And that is priceless. I love you! Happy Father's Day!

That was very touching Audra. You're so lucky to have such a wonderful relationship with your dad and he's very lucky too. Tell Mike Happy Fathers day also.
