I have good news. My placenta is 9 cm from my cervix. It should be greater than 2 cm away for there to be no concerns about it. I do not need to schedule a c-section! At 31 weeks everything else is going well. I am a happy woman. Uncomfortable, but happy.

Woooohooooo! That's fantastic! I've heard that C-sections aren't that fun, anyway. Now, all you need to do is endure 9 more weeks of being uncomfortable........! No problem!

When I read 9 cm, I thought that was a measurement for something else that rhymes with chex mix - as in you were fixing to drop that baby like it was hot.
