overflowing with gratitude

We had a beautiful Easter Sunday.
The dinner up at Jessi's home reminded me of a scene in the movie
Cold Mountain.
They had their Easter feast outside on the green grass,
under a big beautiful tree.
So did we.

And we had the traditional Easter egg hunt
that did not disappoint the boys. Our baskets are filled.
Overflowing even.
And I am so grateful.

A picture-perfect Easter! How lucky to have warm weather. It has been my experience that Easter is usually cold and rainy. (That's how it was here in Eugene.)Thanks for sharing pictures - next best thing to being there.

How fun! Your family always does the neatest things. Great pictures of your boys? By the way, how did you get your pictures to do that on blogger? Did you make it first on a program and then upload it to the blog?

I'm so glad you thought of that comparison! It made it even more fun to think we were just like something out of the movies.
