I had to laugh

I thought it very amusing that a couple of days ago when my friend from high school, who I haven't spoken to since high school, contacted me and complimented me by saying I was very smart (just cause I got good grades). But he said it in a cool way, using big words, which I didn't know. I had to look a word up in the dictionary. Denny, if you are reading this, too generous of a compliment! I guess I should have known what "echelon" means, but I admit, I didn't.

Kayla, you are so close! Arizona is where we went. I have photos of my niece and nephews that I would love to share, but I must get permission first.

Aw.. I thought it was from Arizona.. but you said it was first >> I'm from Arizona originally :) And just visited there to meet my long lost sister a few months back. The desert can be beautiful.

*Cough* sorry about the "upper echelons" comment.. i can get long winded and wordy when I go off on tangents <<

I do still stand by the statement though :P I think you spend a bit less time studying now then you used to :P So you can hardly be expected to be at the top of your game randomly 10 years past :)

Just wait till you have to help your kids through calc.. I had to do that with my brother a few years back.. now THAT was interesting..
