My Grandma H* had nine children and claimed them as her "priceless eternal gifts". You won't come across a better example of a loving and nurturing mother than my Grandma. This is her with her very first baby, my Aunt Sue (who I get to visit in London). This picture is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen and I want to frame it and hang it in my house. It will remind me of what kind of mother I want to be, like my Grandma H*.

How lucky to have such a wonderful grandmother!
I felt the same way about my Grandma Fry. We stayed with her on a lot of weekends and that's where I would see her on her knees praying, she taught me how to play so many games, to crochet etc. I used to cry in the car as I drove away and watched her waving to us. When she passed away was only the 2nd time I saw my father cry. He loved her so much. (it was his motherinlaw) Anyway, I hope I can be the same kind of grandma as yours was. I love my kids and grandkids so much and they're priceless to me too. Love you Audra!
amen to framing it - that photo is gorgeous. don't you love and appreciate a legacy of wonderful women in your life?
How beautiful!!! I love this so much!! I hope to be the best mother to my kids and to always think of them as my greatest gifts. Because they are!!! How beautiful---- Frame it for sure. What a great reminder.
Imagine what awesome women we could be if we could harness all the goodness from our grandparents. We'd be perfect! :)
