In the Zone
Last night, our family went out to eat at CiCi's Pizza. I thought it would be a fun time to talk to the boys about their first week of school. I was wrong. There was a TV near our table and the boys could not keep their eyes off the cartoon that was playing. All the boys in my family do it - focus on one thing and tune everything out! When they are watching TV or something they like, forget about talking to them - they are in the zone!

What's funny is everyone else in the picture is every bit as enthralled with the TV. I wonder what that says!
So much for lively conversations at the restaurant! Have to do those at home!
