So one of the major challenges in marriage is figuring out who does what in the home and in the marriage. At least it has been a challenge for Mike and me! After a few battles over some issues, we have figured out a pretty good system that works for us. You never can know exactly what goes on in another person's home, but this will give you a pretty good idea of how Mike and I do things.
Our Division of Responisibilities:

making meals - Audra and every now and then Mike

calling customer service about various accounts - Mike

I wonder if this will change over the years???

this is so telling - isn't it amazing how great our men are? I'm SOOOOO greatful for a husband who realizes that he needs to help out around the house, too - thank heavens for forward-thinking mother-in-laws who taught these guys that the 50s are over and it's time to put in some time after their work day. I'm going to copy you and post an entry like this -
Our division of responsibilities:
making money: David
mowing the lawn: David
family scripture & prayer: David
everything else: Jessi
okay, that may not be fair. But I'm tired and right now I feel like I do everything around here.
