
I am suppose to run a 10K on Jan. 6. But the only training I've had lately is for my stomach with egg nog, sugar cookies with extra frosting, cheesecake, chocolate cake, chocolate, and ice cream with lots of toppings. I think this 10k is going to be painful.

Well at least you are running! I am a fat blob that eats and then doesn't work it off! I need to start getting my butt into gear before my butt gets larger than this world! ;) It is the holidays, so you better make sure you enjoy all the treats as well, right? ;) And GOOD LUCK on the 10k! You are much better than me!

You make me laugh!!!! I am not training for anything, but I should be! Maybe then I can work off all the cookies and goodies I have been eating!

You can just run it all off in the 10K. No problem, mate!
I know you will do awesome! I wish I could run it with you... we could both run with chocolate in our bellies!
