One of my Favorites

So I remembered one of my very favorite quotes from my boys. Many of you have probably heard it already because I told pretty much everyone I knew when it happened. This is when Kyle and Jordan were four years old. I had just tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a bigger size and I realized when I got home that the store clerk gave me the same pair of shoes that I was trying to return (NOT the right size!). The store was out of my way and I didn't have tons of extra time to make that trip again so I was pretty upset, to say the least. I was storming around, huffing and puffing about the whole situation and it obviously made Kyle and Jordan concerned. With worried faces, they asked what was wrong. I told them what had happened and my attitude rubbed off on them. Kyle copied my expressions by exclaiming, "Darn it! Now we have to go all the way back. Gosh! I AM SO STRESSED OUT!" Then Jordan replied, with genuine confusion, "But Kyle, you are not a woman." Now that made me laugh!

p.s. Do not assume anything about our household from Jordan's remark...............Um, ok I guess you can assume why Jordan said that.:)
