In His Genes?

I have been thinking about why Jordan was so scared to tube in the lake. I have an idea about it. He is too much like his father. Mike, ever since he was a little boy, has had this fear of seaweed. He still can't stand the stuff and has to overcome his anxieties about it touching him when he gets in a lake. I am sure he appreciates me telling everyone this, but I think it is funny! So anyway, I assume from Jordan's first comment about the wild catfish, that he thinks something like this huge fish might be down in the lake. Anyone ever see the movie "Big Fish"?

That is just crazy! These guys caught this fish in Texas somewhere. So I guess Jordan is right. You never know what might be down there!

YUCKY!

You never know what's in the water beneath/around you. On my honeymoon, Ste was surfing and yelled for me to come out in the water.
When I was in up to my waist, I suddenly realized I was surrounded by a dozen sea turtles. It totally freaked me out!

Um . . . Mike needs medical attention. He is willing to pick up a snake but is afraid of seaweed (or is it lakeweed?)? Make an appointment for him today.

See, I am normal. I am afraid of both!

YIKES!!! Jordan was right. I wouldn't want that thing to get me!! (And I probably shouldn't tell you that there have been reports of car size catfish in the lake, but I'm sure they live very far away).

That is so gross!!!! I have to sympathize with Mike. I hate seaweed too! But more than that I'm TERRIFIED of fish!! I get so freaked out when I'm in a lake or ocean I almost hyperventilate! (sorry if I can't spell) That thing was in Texas? I'm never going swimming there again!

Yikes! I don't want to know if something like that is lurking under the water!

Jordan is the only one who knows the real dangers out there in the lake! I'm sure Jordan has a few of his grandma's genes in him too. I'm not the biggest water baby you will ever meet!
