Need a good treat for Valentines Day? Try this. It's light, yummy, pretty, and very easy to make. My boys gobbled it up and thanked me more than once.I got this simple recipe off my cousin-in-law's blog last year. Thank you Jessica!
Pretty Parfait:
Prepare 1 box white cake mix, adding red food coloring when mixing. Cook as directed on box.
Layer:
cake
fresh strawberries or raspberries OR thawed frozen strawberries or raspberries 1-2 bags
raspberry sherbet
vanilla ice cream
layer again if you like (and I do)
top with whip cream and red sprinkles
